History
I went to my first linedancing class in July 2000, and I was hooked! In 2003, I started teaching an easy dance now and then with my instructors, the Ali-Kats. I was encouraged to start my own beginners class, which I did in 2004. I added a second class in 2005. When the Ali-Kats retired in 2006, I was privileged to take on two of their classes.
Music & Clothes
We use mainly country music, with the odd non-country track.
There’s no need to dress up for classes, but suitable footwear should be worn, to support the feet and ankles.
Socials & Charity
We have ‘special’ classes every few months, which have a more social than class atmosphere. We have a great Christmas Party!
We regularly support the Wales Air Ambulance Service with raffles and sales throughout the year.
